I drive a 1990 Dodge Grand Caravan with the 3.3 six.
My radiator fan does not turn on when the coolant temperature rises. I wired the fan directly from the battery and it runs. Should I replace the temperature sensor or is there something else I'm not considering, like a fuze blowing?
The car works just fine at speed, but rapidly overheats in stop & go driving.
I'm currently out of work so I'd really like to fix this myself.
Thanks,
