And the GM board will screw up the combined company the way they screwed up GM-bad engineering, sales decisions and product mix and then they cry "unfair competition".
They definitely have the cash. GM's credit is so bad that the only way they can operate is with cash.
TAKEOVER! Interesting, I had forgotten where they went. But then they would have to get control of a bigger GM to change direction.
