Problem is the clutch pedal now has practically no resistance. Before I call my mechanic I wanted to know if there is a separate adjustment for the "feel" of the pedal. I almost sure that before this replacement, the pedal had a heavier feel to it.

I'm sure not an expert on that car, but I can say that it is not unusual for a clutch pedal to get much harder as the diaphragm ages due to the spring fingers getting stiffer from work hardening and heat (and sometimes they break for the same reason which might be the reason the clutch had to be replaced). I don't know if that's the total explanation for your observation.
