PT convertible - sans rollbar?

Has anybody or does anybody remove the rollbar on PT convertibles? I can't stand rollbars. Or is it integral to the structure or the seatbelts or something? thanks

It is thoroughly integral to the body structure.

It is a faux rollbar but holds lights and I think, seatbelts.
