anyone ever changed the spark plugs on a 1998 dodge stratus ES with the V6. is there any way other than taking the intake manifold off to get at the back 3 plugs? shortcuts or tips would be appreciated. thanks

I can only speak for a '96 Caravan with 3.8L, but the rear three are accessible without removing the intake manifold. Though it is a tight squeeze and you do have to remove the alternator and it's bracket.
The only other way is to just lift the manifold and work under it, but as long as you have it loose, best bet is to take it off , clean it and put a new gasket on it. ANYWAY it goes, you have to take it loose.
