plonked?

Let me say thanx to the 2 may be 3 guys who did understand what I said.

I close with the simple but surely not understood "street cars are for streets, race cars for the track". Means: You want a faster car? Buy a faster car! If you cannot afford this, you may do what our newbies do at the age of 18: Install larger carbs, louder exhausts and ... K&N, Hurst shifters and a Cold Air Intake. Thats the secret behind the scene.

Do I spell really so bad as one said?

Post scriptum: I never did say my V6 has 300HP. I referred to the Corvette and older muscle cars. The newer Birds are no 300HP cars. Who wants to know: My V6 is a late `90 aut. with a "police option" (shifts to 4th on wide open) and removed limiter. Dyno testet at 148 PS w/o HyperChip; 158 PS w H. The

5.0 TBI in Europe is said to have 185 PS, but does not run better. Why?

Sorry to hear you had some health problems. I'm glad you're feeling healthy again.

You look decidedly more tan than the last pic you posted.

I just got back home, the shop was closed long before I could get there. I may be able to pick everything up tomorrow so the fingers are crossed.

If you want to see what I want for Christmas, do a search for an Olympic Arms OA-93. It's the ultimate answer to an AR-18. The 18 has a lot of class but the 93 is new manufacture. All it needs is a Beta C double drum and its time to rock and roll!

Charles, I've done so many trips like the one you are involved in now I've seriously forgotton how many its been. Either her family or mine, I always got the time off and showed up. It takes a lot to drop everything to help someone out with a move but it's usually worth it.

I will never let my wife ever book another truck for me. The last time was a

24 ft. U Haul diesel with a single 40 or 50 gallon tank. It seemed like we had to stop for fuel every 4 hours or so but the truck was way down on the helper springs and a fully loaded with crap 98 Dakota on a full trailer, 22 hours from Baltimore to Sarasota non-stop. U hauls are crap.

February ought to bring some excellent fishing weather. I hope I'm at the track by then.

I have done way too many my self. Thats why people know they can count on me. Some day when I need it my self, I hope the help is there for me.

The first trip I had a International from Penske, 26 footer. 2004, 4300 (replaced the old 4700) with a DT466 & a alison 2400. Drove like a dream. Execpt for the engine management system cutting off the injectors at 71.8 MPH. Yet you could set the cruise controll at 71 MPH, and not worry. Theonly problem with that truck was the single 40 gallion fuel tank on the passengers side.

This trip is a 2001 4300 that has 90,XXX and is from Budget. The radio doesn't work, the alison is funky, and it's a nasty truck. it's monly redeaming factor is drivers side single 40 gallion tank. Last budget truck I used was back in the late 90's. A Isuzu Cab Over that had a burned up turbo. Budget trucks are worse then U-hauls.

Perdy much in rential trucks they have single 40 or 50 gallion tanks.

After what happened to me last month, Im fed up with racing, and ready for fishing. Hell im even ready for a freezing ohio X-mas with deer meat from the freezer. Charles

is it not so that you in the US have arsenic in all of your drinking water? And because you seem to drink everything you can get hold of, why shouldn`t an European company make large profits with you? The bottled water with polutants is not from Europe, we fill it near the parking lot in an industial waste area!

WE ourselves do drink the real unpolluted water, what you drink does not matter for Europeans.

Big fig, YOU are the greatest poser among us!

Hey Cheese Wiz/Chin nuts.

HBO is entertainment only. You want science? Try the Discovery Channel.

Do your own homework. No cheating in this class.
