1997 Explorer P0171 and 174 trouble codes

To all,

Any ideas? These indicate "lean fuel air mixture bank 1" and P0 174 is the same for bank 2. It drives fine. I noticed this happens after I drive about a mile then shut it off and go to McDonalds, then continue on. If I just leave home and head a couple of miles to the freeway then things are fine. Driveability both warm and cold are good.

What should I clean it with? Would canned air like you would use on a computer work? I have that handy and do know where the sensor is.
