I may have the stuck blend door problem, but I don't think so. I have manual heat, not climate control. I am not able to get any airflow out of my airbox. Can't get any defrost, ac, heat. The only air that exits the system is through the center console to the rear seats.

The 97 Explorers are prone to this. The blend door breaks. Mine broke last week and it cost $845 at Ford to have the heater box replaced.
