We noticed that my wife's 2003 Mountaineer seems to have dim headlights. It's not clear if they have dimmed over the 4 years that we've owned the vehicle, or if they just SEEM dim compared to the newer (both in age and style) brighter bulbs in my Lexus and in our new Honda CR-V.
Is there a cheap fix? Would replacing the bulbs with new, OEM bulbs fix the problem? Is there some other, after factory bulb that is better? We'll probably keep the truck another 1-2 years only, so I don't want to dump much money into it. But I'd like a brighter ride.
