i have a 4 door, 2000 ford explorer. i want to change the 5 x 7 speakers in my doors to something better than factory speakers. i already have an after market radio. what is the deal with some 6 x 8 speakers saying that they can fit in 5 x 7 spots? is that true? does any cutting or modifications have to be done to the door for 6 x 8 to fit? i have been having a hard time trying to find 5 x 7 speakers.
