front end noise 94 explorer 4wd

i have a 94 explorer, when parked backing out of parking space when the steering wheel is turned all the way i get one loud clunk sound from the front end, sometimes it sounds like it could be from either side, any suggestions, thanks.

Put grease on your turn stops ?????

Maybe the radius arm bushings. The cost about $20.00 each side.
