Outside Temp Sensor Location

erratic readings this summer. Sometimes it reads ICE and -40ºF when it is actually over +80ºF. Not sure what the problem is, but it seems to be temperature related - possibly a cold solder joint. Does anyone know where the outside temperature sensor is located, and how to remove the display so I can check it?
