Rear Windshield Wiper, misaligned

Hi-

My rear wiper (that sounds bad, I know) actually misses half the window. It stopped working (only when it rained, of course) a few years ago and Ford replaced it for free. Then it started missing part of the window under operation. Every time they adjust it, a few months later it starts missing the window again.

How can I adjust it myself so I don't have to go visit the mechanic every time?

I would first remove the arm, unhook the spring and make sure the pivot pin in the arm is free and not binding. Salt and water corrosion can seize make the pin pivot sticky. wth
