Hello, I noticed recently during a rear brake job that my '98 EB AWD Explorer has three rear shock absorbers, two normal size and one smaller size on the passenger side. Is this really a third shock or does it serve some other purpose?
I could not find it listed in any online parts diagrams, though I'm not really sure what it's called. Is this a dealer part or should I be able to find it OEM at my local part house(s)?
