Where do I find the engine block water petcock to drain the engine of water???

The Ford CD for 1997 shows a drain plug for only the 5.0L V8 engine. Nothing is mentioned about draining the V6 block in the Drain and Refill procedure section. Only the Radiator. Strange. Must be a way, right? Jerry
