Crank position sensor?

Management system?

Is the cam turning ? Timing belt broken ?

TFI module on distributor.

Most likely culprit, you need a Ford distributor wrench you can get at a pepboys to change it, plus the special heat dissipating compound or else you'll cook the new one.

I agree about the TFI module but it would be a good idea to see if the camshaft is turning. Take the distributor cap off and crank the engine to verify that the rotor is turning. If it isn't, the timing belt is probably broken. How miles on the car?
