i have a 1995 f150 with 302. 145000 miles.
if i hold the brake and give it gas it will make a knocking noise(only under load(in gear)). sometimes if i take off going uphill it will do it a little also. also when im driving at about 40-45 it will shake sometimes. only thing i can think of is a motor or trans mount.
