A/C-Heat. air flow door stuck

96 Contour. All components work properly in the climate control system, but obvious the flow door is stuck in the defrost position. Sometimes the ABS is now coming on also. Is this related or is this a fuse or a stuck flow door? Any simple solution or does this require a shop job?
