Has anybody had problems with gas leakage on the aircon on a new shape Mondeo after about 80K miles?
I have a pipe leakage at a point where a factory fitted electrical wire is trapped between the pipe and the body. It could be friction or electrolytic action. Pipe is being renewed tommorow.
Wonder if this is a design flaw?
