After a 30 minute call to Ford customer service, they called the

Service Manager called me back, said Ford needed documentation of the weight of my car.Took it to a scale, with me and my girlfriend in the front, we were like 200 pounds under in the front, and well over 600 pounds under in the back. They called me now two weeks later - "Sorry, you're close enough to being over weight that we can't do anything." Uhhh my parents, who I have in the back do NOT weigh 300 pounds each.
I am now going to Ford Corporate and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
