It looks to be a bit mixed and matched but is likely a '70 Ford Torino, give or take a year.

Absolutely NOT a 1970 Torino.
It is a 1968 or 1969. The first number of the VIN will be 8 or 9. Whether it's a GT or not will have to be determined by the VIN and/or interior appointments because of the variety of exterior parts present.

As another poster pointed you to the vin, it may be a 68 or 69 Torino Fastback, but the grille is definitely a 69.
