7.3 Liter diesel , she finally died.

I've been having trouble with lose of power "sometimes" and a lot of smoke. Now she died and after trying to get it to run over and over I noticed fuel dripping from my muffler. anything ?

Sounds like injector or pump issues that are pouring in to much fuel or at the wrong time too. Bet it has been smoking as it has been dying and I susspec that if you check the crankcase oil it has a lot of diesel fuel in it too percentage wise.

I'm Sure the Sno Blower could fix it for you by installing a lower set of gears in the rear end...

Sounds like the high pressure oil pump has gone back, or the pressure regulator and you arent building enough injection pressure. For this problem you really, really need to take it to a mechanic with diesel experience so he can do injector tests, and pressure test your oil system. I will say that the checking for fuel in your oil isnt a bad idea. Problem there is that you will more than likely find it due to the fuel coming out of the tail pipe. How many miles is on this rig? And what year is it so that we know what we are lookin at here. There have been changes in the 7.3L over the years.
