haven't got to see it yet. but appears to be coming from the joint between the head and intake manifold. I was told there was a problem with the intakes and some kind of recall. local dealer is being uncooperative, as I bought the truck privately, even though it came from his lot and the guy I bought it from bought a new truck from him.,

7 years old and a coolant leak......
Stop wining and have it fixed
learn to use a search engine. didn't see anything about coolant leaks, AC problems, ignition switch, ABS light staying on, but no intake issues. Bunches of complaints about spark plugs blowing out of the heads. If you let it leak too long you will be replacing the manifold instead of just replacing the gasket the coolant will etch a groove in the manifold and you can then use it for a door stop. There has been an issue with the plastic intakes on certain models of cars with V-6 engines, but not for coolant leaks.

If the manifold was plastic, theres info about it on flamingfords.info.
