Can you write that with some punctuation so it can be read?
Spray silicone lubricant on the glass channels and weather stripping.
Hard to read, as the punctuation is lacking.
BUT, if the window seems to bump along, as it opens or closes, then the likely problem is it needs the three nylon "buttons" replaced.
They are in the "Help" line of parts at Autozone, for $6.99, AFAIK.
If the drive gear case is riveted together, then drilling and use of additional hardware is necessary.
Your 95 F150 window motor drives a worm type gearbox. The gear portion uses a sort of cush drive that consist of 3 cylindrical plastic cusions between the inner and outer part of the driven gear. The fix is simple. Some parts store used to sell a repair kit that consistec of these three parts. It is simple to remove the motor assembly from the regulator, clean out the plastic debris and insert the new ones. Be careful to use a screwdriver to pry the regulator pullet from the shaft. Don't just pull on the motor or the regulator drive comes apart making the job a real PITA. If you cannot find the kit, I have used epoxy to fill the area making the gear more or less one piece. I have one that has been doing the job with epoxy for about 6 years now. Besure to use a good strong epoxy mix as the lower rated crumbles fairly quick. While you are in there, be sure to lube all of the regulator you can get at. Lube the windows channels with spray silicon to make the job of the motor easier.
