Does anyone know where the factory keypad code is located for a '01 F150? I don't have the card that is supposed to be in the owner's manual. The owner manual says it is located on the computer, where is that?

Look far up on the firewall behind the emergency brake on the left. There is a small white plastic box with wires going in it. You will see a white sticker with 5 digits on it. This is the factory code set for the locks. It should look like something like this 12323 but your numbers will vary.
