Headlight assembly replacement 2002 F-150

I drove it out on an unlighted highway tonight and it looks like I have it very close to what the dealer would charge a bundle to do!! I'm happy with it and nobody flashed brights on me!! :-) BTW, the store didn't want me using their parking lot.

Don't know what state you live in, but do they check headlight alignment during inspections? If it's out of spec (no matter how good you think it is) you'll end up paying anyway.

Uh, you don't ask, you just do it! Abandoned stores and parking lots are common in most places too... You can use a piece of chalk to mark (lightly) the wall if there are no 'natural' marks (like a block wall has) at the right height.
