1991 f 150 4x4 after truck reaches operating temp. the oil pressure gauge goes to low if truck is left idleing . what would cause this.

When is the last time you changed the oil? Low viscosity...................maybe, from fuel dilution. Check it.

Could be your oil pressure sensor, my '89 has the same issue.
