Re: 0-60 times ?

Well let's see, I ask one simple question. So far I've had 6 responses and not one responder has answered the question.

The response have run the gauntlet.

  1. I should only be concerned with towing my Corvette.
  2. I'm too old to be concerned with the performance of my vehicle.
  3. Is the truck loaded or empty.
  4. One responder gave me the info in kilometers, with a useless link.
  5. And another suggests I spend the night at the track.

All I can say is Thanks Guys.

I thought that I wasn't going to find anything. I don't know if this is exactly like your truck, but it should be close. Mine is a 2004 4x4 Lariat with 18 inch wheels, so I would expect mine to be slightly slower.

The Triton V-8 has 2 intake valves and 1 exhaust valve. It is amazing to get 300 HP and 365 LB-FT torque out of just 330 cubic inches.

You're welcome. Obviously, nobody cares.

Satisfaction with the advice given here is not normally guaranteed, but I'm willing to make an exception. He should get his money back.

Rodan.

Ron,

And you couldn't read the info where I converted kilometers to mph for you? I simply showed you the information was available with a simple Internet search but you were too confused/lazy to do some research and look for the info on your own. Another guy that thinks everyone should do their research for them and when they do get the answer what kind of thanks do they give? In my opinion the thanks was a smart-a** complaint.

The bump in fuel mileage is useful. Thanks for sharing.

Having said that, the chip set is giving you about 4 mpg. How much gas do you have to buy before the chip pays for itself?
