Suckered by the TROLL? This has been posted all over the internet several times in the last couple of months.
They are charges that never should have been brought up in the first place. It wasted this person's time and he most likely lost a good amount of money over it (taking a day off work to go to court, and to top it off he probably had to pay court costs). The "justice system" here in the States is a sickly joke that's not at all funny.
