Have a 2004 F150. Tonneaus available here are Snuglid and A.R.E. Other than cosmetics is there any reason to buy one over the other. Also wondering about the dealer. They have two styles that are more expensive. Haven't seen them. Does ford actually make those or are they just outsourcing to, perhaps, Snuglid or A.R.E?
