Need Zone Manager Contact Info

Does anyone know the contact info for the Chevrolet AND GM's Dealer's Zone Manager and South Florida Regional Manager? I need to complain about a dealership in Pompano Beach Florida.

Call the GM customer assistance 800 number in your manual. GM will not give customers the numbers to their reps.
