From the paper in the window of the truck on the lot. It was an extended cab too. Seems a little high to me. But I checked the Canadian Fuel Consumption guide and its up in the 30 range as well there.

Remember, Canadian gallons are 5 quarts (IIRC), so 19 mpg in the US is the same as 24 mpg in Canadian.
