I have a transmission issue with my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. I get a loud grinding noise from the tranny ONLY when it's in park or neutral. If I shift to reverse, drive, 1, 2, or 3, the noise stops. Sounds to me like a possble torque convertor problem. Any ideas?
