What do you guys think of this scan tool (thumbs up or down or doesn't matter as long as it works)? Any reccomendations for a santool for a guys on a froogle budget?

I think there is one that costs about that much that you plug into a laptop and use some software with it and it acts like an entire OBDII scan tool.
