Where is fuel level sensor on Pontiac Montana??

Fuel level senders are in the tank for this vehicle and all modern GM cars. The Trip computer uses data to figure out the range and things like that, but its all based on the sender info. To fix you remove the tank and then using brass or other non-sparking tool to open tank and remove pump/sender unit and replace.

The sensor is in the tank where the fuel is.
