As yours works then it is equipped.

The question is 'Why does it not work?'.

The above reference suggests a number of explanations.

Two of which are the most likely:

The battery is too weak. Have you changed it recently?

It can be switched on and off by a button in the central console or Within the options pages.

Its colour coded status is also shown in the xrpm dial as a 'A' in a circle.

Thanks, I found it in the manual. I somehow missed it before. Of course I take it to service at regular intervals.

It’s a handy feature, but I’ve seen some people run into problems with it as the car gets older. If it started after a service or update, that could be the cause.
