isuzu 2002 axiom has abs light on. What does it mean? Can I turn it off with some tool?

It means there is a problem with your anti-lock brake system. Probably better to find out what the issue is with your brakes than just turn off the light. You may be able to disable ABS by removing the fuse for the ABS controller.
