Fan motor on 93 trooper

My fan motor has 5 settings on it but only settings 1,3 and 5 will run the fan. Settings 2 and 4 will not activate fan. Anyone ever had this problem? How do I change out the switch? Thanks....Jim

just be glad it's running.....I'm on my third blower motor in my 93 troop
