I have the opportunity to by an X-Type 3 litre, 4-wheels drive, '91, 50'000 miles and automatic Gearbox. But unfortunatly they have to change the gearbox, because it stops to work. It's a common problem on X-Type ?
Thanks for reply, Gianni

There was a transmission problem on some early ('91) X-Types. The replakcement should correct the issue. We haven't heard of any problems with later model years.
