Wife's blower stopped "all of a sudden" in her Cherokee, AC, heater, vent - no blow - checked #5 (30 amp) fuse - it is visually good.
I have a meter,,, but electricity is like magic to me,,,, how do I test the blower circuit to check if the blower motor is indeed bad? Replacement appears relatively painless, I just want to make sure it is bad before I start taking things apart.

You could also try shaking a bag of chicken bones over it while dancing in a grass skirt and wooden mask.
Don't laugh... my best friend was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and they were not able to get it all out and leave him alive. They said maybe 6 months, probably 3 or less.
He went around contacting old friends, co-workers, and fellow vets (he was a Navy Medic and spent most of his tour with a Marine Rifle Company) and made a final stop in Venezuela to visit a guy he sponsored a few years prior for membership into the Masons when he was in Cincinnati.
He consulted a 'witch doctor' in Venezuela and he is still alive and kicking
5 1/2 years later. Was it the 'power of suggestion or the 'placebo effect'? Who knows but he says the guy with the chicken bones saved his life.
You can unplug the motor and just add 12 volts directly to it with a couple wires to see if the motor is dead or not. I have some small jumper wires with alligator clips I use for this, but any automotive wires will do.
