4.10 best general-purpose gear ratio?

I run 4.56 and 31's in an automatic. It is actually reasonable on the highway. I like it. I imagine 4.10 would be perfect. KH

While on the subject, My '03 sport with the D44 and 3.73's seems to work well with the stock 30x9.5 GSA's (get stuck anywhere?- not yet). Anyway, I will soon be making the move to 31x10.5, probably AT KO's. Thoughts? Too much tire for the 3.73?

3.73 axel ratio with 31 x 10.5 x15 BFG AT's works very well. I have that on my '02 TJ.
