Does anyone have some speakers mounted above the rear fenderwells? If so what is a good waterproof brand to use? Thanks for the help.

Try marine speakers. They are waterproof. You can see some of the ones available at Cabelas or Bass Pro Shops websites.

Speakers with polypropylene speaker cones are what you want, they're waterproof. It's speakers with paper speaker cones that are extremely sensitive to getting wet. Jerry
