My daughter just aquired a 79 jeep cherokee 4 door... 360 motor that sounds sweet.. 400 turbo trans and what I will be working on this weekend a Borg warner 1339 quadratrack transfer case and I need some fast replys..... the chain is slipping real bad and was driven like this for a wile .... if I pull the case will I be able to tell if I can just replace the chain and seals..... the junk yard has one for $250 and I can just switch it out. any help from anyone?
