Filled by a high pressure air bottle THROUGH A REGULATOR.
All our air tools ran off "Air bottles".

I had one for many years, used it in mud, sand and snow. Works pretty good, but the vehicle can slide so it rolls off. Excellent in soft soils and snow, but carries a lot of mud back into the vehicle. Rubber cone is just held against the tailpipe, and up it goes.
