Bobbing TJ front fenders

I understand there exists somewhere, good directions on how to bob the front fenders of a TJ and fit a fabricated stiffener. If anyone can direct me to the right place I'd appreciate it. tia Dale White snipped-for-privacy@aol.com

The site where the jeeper used tubes and sheet steel to build flatfenders appears to be gone. :/ Mebby someone else here knows where it went?
