CJ Hard Door Parts

I need to replace some of the internal components of my CJ7 hard doors. Specifically, the hardware connecting the lock cylinder to the interior push button locks. Unfortunately, can't seem to find these components in any of the major catalogs (Quadratec, JC Whitney, etc.) Lots of weather stripping, handles, lock cylinders, even entire full doors, but no internal "guts". Any suggestions?

My brother ran into broken linkage from the door handle to the lock itself. He had to buy the parts from the dealer.
