CJ OEM bumper height?

Maybe it's just me, but has anyone answered this guys original question? Stock everything CJ......ground to top of bumper is 22.5 inches.

oppps, sorry, he wanted to the bottom of the bumper...18.5 inches

I don't even think it's relevant, as long as his bumper is 31" or less from ground...the limitations he posted had a max BODY lift of 3", not total lift.

Explain to them that an SOA lift is not the same as a body lift.

A 3" body lift on a wrangler is dangerous, anyway, especially in an accident.

Worked for me over an alleged bad track rod end and an alleged bad propshaft bracket mounting; I told them if they didn't admit they were wrong and apologise for failing it I would appeal to the Public Carriage Office. And after a bit of huffing and puffing I got my apology and a pass. These guys were cowboys trying to fail folks and get extra money by doing unnecessary work to "fix" it .. never went back.
