to see if there was any information on a recall for the a/c evaporator in a 2000 Jeep Wrangler. It listed several service bulletins, including one for an a/c leak and one for an "Evaporative System - Leak & DTC Diagnostics" but no recall info. Would this qualify as a recall or does service bulletin mean they are informing you to bring it in and pay for the service?
