dual battery tray

I have a 97 wrangler and I would like to put a dual Battery tray in. I have the 4.0l engine with a/c. I seen somewhere one tray wouldnt work if i had the a/c. Was looking for any info if there is one that will work wiith the a/c unit. thanks for the help.
