Followup: Right turn, clyde...

Just FYI.

Turns out it's my passenger side Sway bar link joint. The way bar was actually working it's way off of the link. The thumping was the slack in the joint.

After jumping on the bumper a few times it's completeley disconnected now.. so no more noise ;) Time to get out the gear puller...
